Gluten

We are not a Gluten-Free bakery. We do offer Gluten-Free items for those who are less sensitive. While we do prioritize the order in which things are made, and sanitize all equipment between use, all baked goods are baked in a shared oven and made on shared equipment.

Gluten-Free substitution allergies include- Rice, Brown rice flour, Tapioca starch, Potato starch, Sorghum flour, Dextrose.

Dairy

We offer Dairy-Free/Egg-Free cakes and cupcakes, made with plant based butter substitutions.

Dairy-Free allergies include- Soy, Soy Beans, Sunflower oil, Sunflower lecithin, Palm and Palm kernel oil, Dextrose, Wheat.

Nuts

We are not a nut free bakery. While take precautions in cleaning and sanitizing equipment in between use, we do make products with nuts regularly.

Nuts used in our shop- Peanuts, Pecans, Almonds, Coconut.
