We use real dairy ingredients in all of our frostings, with the exception of our dairy free buttercream!

A little bit about our frostings!!

Swiss Buttercream- Used mainly on our Double Chocolate and Vanilla Bean cakes. This frosting is light, buttery, minimally sweet and slightly salty. This is our most versatile frosting when it comes to themed cakes and often required. This frosting is often enjoyed more after is has come to room temperature.

American Buttercream- We do not use this frosting on our cupcakes, but we offer it for those who prefer a much sweeter frosting on their cakes! American Buttercream is closer to what you would find on a grocery store cake, except we use real butter!! This is a very sweet frosting.

Cream Cheese- The perfect savory/sweet combination! This frosting is used on 50% of our flavors. It perfectly balance the sweetness of our flavors! This frosting does have limitations decorating a cake.

Whipped Cream- Light and fluffy, slightly sweetened. Pairs perfectly with filled cupcakes. Chocolate Whipped Cream resembled a decadent mousse. (My personal favorite!) A little too light to use on a cake with a filling, unless we add a buttercream dam.

Dairy Free Buttercream- The dairy free sister to our American buttercream. This frosting is on the sweeter side.
